This policy outlines Raterunners' approach to establishing and conducting due diligence on business customer accounts in order to support secure platform access and prevent misuse of the Service.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all business customers of the Raterunners platform, including merchants, brands, logistics providers, and related B2B entities.

3. Account Creation

Raterunners accounts are created through a self-service sign-up. We collect standard business and contact information, which may include:

• Legal business name
• Business contact details
• Authorized user information
• Operational information relevant to use of the platform

Customers are required to review and accept Raterunners' Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and related platform policies prior to gaining access. Raterunners may request further information from a customer at any time where the risk-based diligence described below calls for it.

4. Risk-Based Due Diligence

Raterunners performs reasonable, risk-based due diligence appropriate for a B2B software platform. This may include:

• Validation of business identity and contact information
• Review of intended platform use
• Screening for prohibited, restricted, or high-risk activity categories
• Ongoing monitoring for misuse or policy violations

The depth of diligence performed may vary based on risk factors such as customer profile, use case, and observed activity.

5. Prohibited and High-Risk Use

Raterunners does not support high-risk or prohibited industries, including but not limited to gambling, adult services, cannabis, or illegal activities. Customers found to be engaging in prohibited use may have access restricted or terminated.

6. Financial Data Access

Any access to financial account data via third-party providers (such as Plaid) is initiated by authorized users and performed only with explicit user consent. Raterunners does not perform credit underwriting, lending, or consumer decisioning.

7. Enforcement

Raterunners reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate platform policies or pose unacceptable risk.

8. Review

This policy is reviewed periodically and updated as business practices and risk considerations evolve.
